I found out an interesting article about the strategies of a great big company, Microsoft.
Please look at the detail here.
I am repeating golden 5 strategies.
1. Question the rules. Change the game.
2. Create win-win partner situations to grow fast.
3. Don’t neglect your customers’ most important need: a better price.
4. Make it easy for partners to customize your product.
5. Business isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon. Be persistent.
I like 1, 2, 5 personally.

SUN takes a serious step to survive
Even though I though SUN would not an exception to this harsh economic downturn, I could not believe this. Their stock plunged down under 90% of the price of last year.

Some analysist suggest that there might be a buyout by HP, IBM or DELL as the price of SUN is really low compared to it's real value.

Video Telephony on Windows Mobile
I am interested in Video Telephony on Windows Mobile.
Actually I am not an expert in this field.
As a part lead, I would like to get a general idea about VT.
So I decided to collect material on the internet.
Here are the links I found on that journey.
I focused on CSVT (Circuit Switch based Video Telephony) that is a standard for 3G networks.
Europe, Japan and Korea support this.
