I am interested in Video Telephony on Windows Mobile.
Actually I am not an expert in this field.
As a part lead, I would like to get a general idea about VT.
So I decided to collect material on the internet.

I focused on CSVT (Circuit Switch based Video Telephony) that is a standard for 3G networks.
